Recommendation: Too Good Music

In this post, I’d like to talk about a music website I was introduced to, and quickly became hooked on. It’s called Too Good Music, and is run by one of my West Coast buddies, Austin.

After reading a few posts about new music, I knew that Austin was knowledgeable about the topic and loved the discovery of it. Sure, he’ll post about the big artists here and there, but what I really enjoy are his posts about the smaller bands/artists that I may not be familiar with beforehand. With a Spotify embed conveniently placed before a short paragraph providing context to the track, Too Good Music is such an easy and interesting read, and one that has introduced me to some great artists and songs, that I may not have known about if it weren’t for this website.

Plus, Austin has been posting more and more stories from his attendance of musical events which, I must say, always give me a laugh. He’s always out at the latest concert/festival/event (I literally don’t know anyone who goes to more shows than he does) and documents it on his website. Intertwined within the posts are always pictures too, so we can get a visual of what went down.

Besides, if that wasn’t enough, Austin has taken Too Good Music to Twitter, where he posts his latest content, andΒ Instagram, where he constantly posts clips of performances. See an example of an Instagram post below:

Ahhhh I L O V E going on Too Good Music’s website to read the stories and discover awesome new music. Make sure to check it out here and let me know in the comments what you think! πŸ™‚
