I have said it before, and I’ll say it again – our minds are much more powerful than we believe them to be. This is why it is so important to keep them in a good state, a calm state, a positive one. Why do you think so many people advocate for yoga & meditation? Because those activities (in part) help keep our mind and thoughts stable. 

It’s time to get out there, face your fears (because heck, that’s the only way you’ll ever conquer them), think positively and most importantly, believe in yourself – because at the end of the day, if you don’t believe in yourself, if you’re not confident in your abilities, then how do you expect someone else to believe in you? #FoodForThought
